Coastal Change Algorithm

The Coastal Change Algorithm determines coastlines by looking for contiguous boundary in NDWI indexed data that is filtered by removing data taken during the 1st and 4th quartile of tides then looking at year over year changes in those boundaries.

A repository of Landsat data that contains Landsat 8 that contains broad land coverage and contains the green and NIR bands necessary to calculate NDWI.
